PM backtracking: Karat
The US Congress who now discussing the nuclear deal with India in purview of the July 2005 statement is frequently adding new clauses, conditions, says Mr.Prakash Karat, the General secretary, CPI(M) in a meet the press programme arranged by the Press Club, Thiruvananthapuram. PM of India Mr Manmohan sigh have been backtracking his stand he said in the Parliament, Karat said. The Government is not sharing any information with the public. India have to set out the parameters in the Parliament about this matter, he added.
Middle-East problems.
Karat opined that India should demand an immediate end to the aggression that the Israel is doing with Lebanon must show our displeasure in the way in which Israel behaving in the Middle-East.
